Conference and hotel registration

Conference and hotel registration are separate. Registering for the conference does not automatically register you for the hotel and registering for the hotel does not automatically register you for the conference.

All conference attendees must register for the conference. This includes all students, presenters, faculty, staff and guests.

The MOLSAMP Central Office is securing hotel rooms for all participants from Alliance institutions, so symposium registration and hotel fees are all covered by the MOLSAMP Central Office.

  • If you are from an Alliance institution, and you are staying overnight, you must register with your home institution for a hotel room assignment. Each Alliance campus is responsible for generating a rooming list that must be provided to the Central Office and the WashU Site Director, Dr. Harvey R. Fields, Jr.
  • If you are not from an Alliance institution, and you are staying overnight, you must still register for a hotel room assignment and should communicate directly with the MOLSAMP Central Office and the WashU Site Director, Dr. Harvey R. Fields, Jr.
  • All non-MOLSAMP Alliance participants will pay for their room sand must provide a credit card to secure their reservation.

The MOLSAMP Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium is supported by the National Science Foundation and will cover the conference hotel lodging for MOLSAMP participants and presenters. Hotel incidentals are not covered for the conference. Please contact the MOLSAMP Central Office at (314) 340-3326 if you have any questions or need additional assistance with your registration.
